We ask that you bring your imagination to our next meeting. Bring ideas and small sketches you may have drawn or collected. You will choose the type of architectural style for your home and we will begin the design process. We will help you through the review and refinement of the floorplans and elevations until you are satisfied.
Step Three: Detailing Your Home
Detailing your home will display your true personality about you and your family. Here you will choose the color and types of finishes for your homes which includes floor coverings, paint, stucco color, and wall finishes. This insures an enjoyable and smooth process as construction of your new home gets started.
Step Four: Breaking Ground
Now sit back and relax while your home is now on its way to becoming a reality. Many processes will now take place from permitting to completing your dream home. We will keep open communication with you during this exciting time. You may visit the site with your project manager who will guide you through this journey of building your new home.
Step Five: Completing your Home
When your home is complete our personnel will have an orientation with you to make sure you know how to use every piece of equipment at your disposal. We will also discuss with you how to maintain your home. We will be here for you any time you have a question or need advice about any of the procedures in your home.
